At the core of the iPAQ rw6815 was an Intel PXA272 processor running at 416 MHz, paired with 64MB of RAM and 128MB of internal ROM storage. These specs were modest but competitive at the time, providing enough power for basic personal information management (PIM) tasks, running simple applications, and maintaining connectivity tasks like email. Expandable storage was possible via a miniSD card slot, accommodating users' needs for additional space to store documents and other media.
