Performance and Software
The HTC Aria runs on the Android 2.1 Eclair operating system, which was coupled with HTC’s intuitive Sense UI. Under the hood, it is powered by a Qualcomm MSM7227 Snapdragon S1 chipset, with a 600 MHz ARM 11 CPU and an Adreno 200 GPU. This hardware configuration was standard for mid-range smartphones in 2010, offering reliable performance for basic tasks and day-to-day usage but struggling with more demanding applications. It came with 512MB of internal storage and 384MB of RAM, expandable via a microSDHC card slot with a 2GB card included.
