The Desire 200 runs on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) layered with HTC’s Sense UI 4, providing a smooth and simple user interface. Powered by a 1.0 GHz processor and 512 MB of RAM, the device handles basic tasks reasonably well, though multitasking and more demanding applications can lead to sluggish performance. The internal storage is limited to 4GB, which is easily supplemented via a dedicated microSDHC card slot, allowing users to expand storage for additional apps, photos, and music.
