Powering the device is a removable 1800 mAh Li-Ion battery, which provided an endurance rating of 47 hours. HTC claimed a standby time of up to 435 hours on 3G and up to 12 hours and 6 minutes of talk time on the same network, which allowed the phone to comfortably make it through a day of moderate use.
