The HTC Desire 728 is equipped with a single 13 MP rear camera featuring an f/2.2 aperture and a 28mm wide lens, capable of taking reasonably good photos in well-lit conditions. Additional features include autofocus, LED flash, HDR, and panorama. Video recording capabilities max out at 1080p at 30fps. On the front, a 5 MP camera with an f/2.8 aperture supports video calling and selfies, also offering 1080p video recording. While not groundbreaking, the camera setup was in line with other mid-range devices at the time, balancing quality with cost.
