Camera
The camera system on the HTC One M8 Prime showed both promising features and more modest specifications. The main camera was a 4 MP sensor with an individual pixel size of 2µm, focusing on enhanced low-light performance and faster focusing with an f/2.0 aperture, accompanied by a dual-LED dual-tone flash. Video capabilities included recording at 1080p@60fps, offering both HDR and stereo sound recording for more dynamic video capture. The front-facing camera featured a 5 MP sensor capable of HDR and 1080p video recording at 30fps, aimed at delivering sharp selfies and useful video calls.
