It runs on Android 4.2.2 (Jelly Bean) out of the box, upgradable to Android 5.0 (Lollipop) with HTC's Sense UI skin overlaying the software. While the 1GB RAM and Adreno 305 GPU manage basic multitasking and gaming needs, power users may find it limiting, especially with no option for memory expansion beyond its fixed 16GB internal storage.
