Underneath the hood, the HTC One ST is powered by a dual-core 1.0 GHz processor. Running on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) with HTC's Sense UI, it offered a user experience that was smooth for moderate usage. However, the hardware limitations, like the 1GB RAM, were best suited for basic smartphone tasks and applications common during its time. For storage, the device came with 4GB of internal memory, which could be expanded using the dedicated microSDHC card slot.
