Platform and Performance
Running on Microsoft Windows Mobile 5.0 Smartphone OS, the HTC S620 was driven by a TI OMAP 850 chipset, featuring a 200 MHz ARM926EJ-S processor. This configuration was aimed at offering decent performance for the business applications it was designed to run. With 64MB RAM and 128MB ROM, the device provided just enough memory for handling tasks like managing emails, browsing simple web pages, and running lightweight applications. The microSD slot allowed for memory expansion, compensating somewhat for the limited internal storage.
