Under the hood, the HTC Tilt2 is powered by a Qualcomm MSM7200A chipset with a 528 MHz ARM 11 CPU and an Adreno 130 GPU. While this configuration was sufficient for handling the Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional operating system (upgradable to 6.5) and basic applications of its era, it struggles with modern app demands. The internal memory comprises 288MB of RAM and 512MB of ROM, which, even at the time, suggested limited multitasking and app storage capabilities. However, expandable storage via a microSD card slot partly alleviates this constraint, allowing for additional data storage.
