HTC Touch Diamond Display

Display

The device boasted a 2.8-inch TFT resistive touchscreen capable of displaying 65K colors. With a resolution of 480 x 640 pixels, it offered a respectable ~286 ppi density, providing relatively sharp images for its time. Users were introduced to the TouchFLO 3D finger swipe navigation, which, while novel, was somewhat limited by the resistive touchscreen technology, making input less responsive than capacitive touchscreens which would soon become the norm.
