Under the hood, the Ascend G6 4G is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 chipset, along with a quad-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A7 CPU and an Adreno 305 GPU. While these specifications do not support heavy multitasking or demanding applications, they provide sufficient power for basic usage such as browsing, social media, and light gaming. The device runs on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean with Huawei’s EMUI Lite 2 overlay, offering a user interface that some might find a bit outdated today but was reasonably intuitive at the time.
