At its core, the Mate 20 X (5G) harbors the Kirin 980 chip built on a 7nm process, which was the first of its kind from Huawei, promising efficient power management and powerful performance. The octa-core CPU, complemented by the Mali-G76 MP10 GPU, ensures smooth multitasking and a satisfying gaming experience. Available configurations include 6GB or 8GB of RAM paired with 128GB or 256GB of internal storage. While the storage is ample, it is based on UFS 2.1, which is relatively slower compared to the latest UFS standards.
