Performance and Software
Under the hood, the tablet runs on a Kirin 980 chipset, a 7 nm octa-core processor comprising two Cortex-A76 cores clocked at 2.6 GHz, two Cortex-A76 cores at 1.92 GHz, and four Cortex-A55 cores at 1.8 GHz. This setup is complemented by the Mali-G76 MP10 GPU, which ensures smooth graphics performance. It ships with Android 9.0 (Pie) overlaid with Huawei's EMUI 9.1, offering a user-friendly interface with multiple customization options. It's worth noting that the device supports several configurations: 4GB RAM with either 64GB or 128GB of internal storage, as well as a higher variant with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. For storage expansion, it provides a dedicated microSDXC slot.
