Huawei P smart Performance and Software

Performance and Software

Under the hood, the Huawei P smart is powered by the Kirin 659 chipset, which is built on a 16 nm process. The octa-core CPU, split between four high-performance Cortex-A53 cores clocked at 2.36 GHz and four power-efficient Cortex-A53 cores at 1.7 GHz, balances speed and battery life effectively. Coupled with the Mali-T830 MP2 GPU, the device handles moderate gaming and multitasking smoothly. Memory options include either 32GB of internal storage with 3GB of RAM or a more capacious 64GB with 4GB of RAM, both variants using eMMC 5.1 for reasonably fast data access speeds.

The device runs on Android 8.0 Oreo with EMUI 8, Huawei’s custom skin, offering a range of additional features and customization options. Although not the latest software iteration, it provides a stable and user-friendly experience with options to update down the line.
