Powered by a 650 MHz CPU, the Huawei U5510 was capable of handling basic telephony and text messaging with ease. It came with very limited internal storage of 40MB, which was typical for feature phones, but it could be expanded via a microSDHC card slot. This allowed users to store additional media files without overcrowding the device's built-in storage. With 1GB ROM and 512MB RAM, the device is not built for multitasking or demanding applications but is sufficient for running straightforward operations and apps.
