Performance
Under the hood, the Huawei Y7p is powered by the Kirin 710F chipset, accompanied by an octa-core CPU setup comprising Cortex-A73 and Cortex-A53 cores. This configuration, coupled with the Mali-G51 MP4 GPU, provides the device with enough performance to handle everyday tasks with ease. The phone runs on the Android 9.0 (Pie) operating system, dressed with Huawei's EMUI 9. Notably, it lacks Google Play Services—a consequence of Huawei's geopolitical challenges—but this doesn't entirely hinder its usability, as the AppGallery and other third-party app stores offer alternatives. It includes 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage as standard, which can be expanded via a microSDXC card, albeit at the expense of one of the SIM slots.
