Battery life was supported by a removable Li-Ion 1050 mAh battery, which provided standby time of up to 140 hours and talk time of around 3.5 hours. These figures were competitive for the era and sufficient for users who predominantly used the phone for calls and texts. The removable nature of the battery allowed users flexibility in replacing it as needed, a feature valued by many but less common in later models.
