The INNO 120 offers limited internal storage space since it has no card slot for expandable memory. It can store up to 500 phonebook entries, which are adequate for average users of that time. The phonebook also allows contact grouping, which is a helpful feature for organizing your contacts. Additionally, it records the last 10 dialed, received, and missed calls, a standard offering for phones from its era.
