Kyocera Echo Design and Build

Design and Build

The Echo stands out with its distinctive design, featuring two 3.5-inch TFT displays, both capable of showing 256K colors at a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels. This configuration allows for a multi-tasking experience termed "Simul-Task Mode," where users can run two of the device’s core applications simultaneously, each on its own screen. While innovative, the dual-screen setup contributed to the phone's bulky body, measuring 115 x 56.5 x 17.2 mm and weighing in at a hefty 193 grams. This weight and thickness make it less pocket-friendly compared to its contemporaries. The device supports Mini-SIM cards and embodies a robust black chassis that caters to durability, though perhaps at the cost of style.
