The Lava A73 was equipped with a 5 MP main camera, featuring an LED flash for low-light conditions. It allowed video recording at 720p resolution at 30fps, meeting basic photography and video needs. Interestingly, the device also offered a 5 MP front-facing camera with LED flash, enabling users to capture selfies even in dim settings. While the camera capabilities were by no means advanced, they sufficed for users content with capturing everyday moments without high expectations of image quality.
