Performance and Software
Powering the Iris Alfa is a Spreadtrum 7731 chipset with a quad-core 1.2 GHz CPU and Mali-400 GPU, paired with 1GB of RAM. While this combination allows the device to handle basic operations such as calling, texting, and light app usage, it can struggle with multitasking or running more demanding applications. Pre-installed with Android 4.4.2 KitKat, the operating system is rather outdated for today's standards, limiting access to some of the latest apps and features. Nonetheless, it provides a simple and user-friendly interface for essential smartphone use.
