Powering the device is a removable Li-Po 2560 mAh battery, offering up to 20 hours of talk time on 2G networks, and up to 12 hours and 17 minutes on 3G. While the battery capacity appears modest, particularly by today's standards, the hardware and software were optimized to provide efficient power management for moderate usage throughout the day.
