At the heart of the Lava X81 is the Mediatek MT6735 chipset with a quad-core 1.3 GHz Cortex-A53 CPU and Mali-T720 GPU. This hardware combination offers adequate performance for routine smartphone activities, such as web browsing, social media, and light app usage. Paired with 3GB of RAM, multitasking is reasonably efficient, although demanding applications might push the device to its limits. The device runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow, an operating system that, during its time, provided a smooth and user-friendly interface along with access to a wide variety of apps through the Google Play Store.
