Housing a 650 MHz Cortex-A9 CPU and a PowerVR SGX531 GPU, the Lenovo A60 was powered by the Mediatek MT6573 chipset. These specifications, while basic by today's standards, managed to drive the Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread operating system relatively smoothly under light use conditions. Intense multitasking and graphics-heavy applications were certainly beyond its capabilities, yet it performed adequately for basic communication and social media apps.
