Under the hood, the Lenovo A630 is powered by a Mediatek MT6577 chipset, featuring a dual-core 1.0 GHz Cortex-A9 CPU, paired with a PowerVR SGX531u GPU. This processing package was adequate for the time, efficient for running Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich and handling standard applications. However, multitasking and running newer or more demanding apps would be challenging given its 512MB RAM.
