Under the hood, the Lenovo P90 is powered by the Intel Atom Z3560 chipset, featuring a quad-core 1.83 GHz CPU. Accompanied by the PowerVR G6430 GPU, the device was capable of handling daily tasks and moderate gaming with relative ease. It runs on Android 4.4 KitKat, an operating system that, during its time, offered a user-friendly interface and a plethora of applications compatible with the device's specifications. Although it does not support expandable storage, its 32GB internal memory and 2GB of RAM provide ample space and sufficient memory for a rudimentary multitasking experience.
