Built on the Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) platform, the Phab2 operates with a Mediatek MT8735 chipset. This combination, alongside a quad-core 1.3 GHz Cortex-A53 processor and a Mali-T720MP2 GPU, offers a basic level of performance. It handles routine tasks and standard applications without extensive multitasking requirements capably. However, the performance cap becomes apparent with intensive applications or advanced gaming, where the limitations of the architecture may manifest. The inclusion of 32GB of internal storage, expandable via microSDXC using a shared SIM slot, and 3GB of RAM provides adequate space and performance for a range of entry-level needs, ensuring that space constraints are less likely.
