Powered by a Mediatek MT8161 chipset built on a 28nm process, the Lenovo Tab3 7 houses a quad-core Cortex-A53 CPU clocked at 1.3 GHz and a Mali-T720MP2 GPU. The tablet was available with either 8GB or 16GB of internal storage, paired with 1GB of RAM, which was standard for low-end devices at the time. The performance is sufficient for basic tasks such as web browsing, reading, and light gaming; however, it struggles with more demanding applications and multitasking.
