At the heart of the Lenovo Z5s is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 chipset, paired with an octa-core CPU clocked at 2.2 GHz and an Adreno 616 GPU. This combination ensures smooth performance for everyday tasks such as browsing, multimedia consumption, and even moderate gaming. Two configurations are available in terms of memory and storage: 64GB internal storage with 4GB RAM, and 128GB storage with 6GB RAM. For users who need additional storage, the hybrid SIM slot can accommodate a microSDXC card, although it uses one of the SIM slots.
The phone runs on Android 9.0 Pie with Lenovo's own ZUI 10 overlay. This provides an intuitive interface with several customization options, although it may not be as light as stock Android, which some users may prefer.
