Internally, the CU720 Shine offered 50MB of storage, a capable amount for storing contacts and messages, but it could be expanded via a dedicated microSD slot. The phonebook could manage up to 500 entries and featured a photocall option, allowing users to attach images to contacts for swift identification. However, it was quite restricted in terms of multimedia storage, necessitating the use of microSD cards for music and photo storage.
