The primary camera on the LG Escape P870 is a single 5 MP shooter capable of autofocus and HDR. It offers 1080p video capture at 30 frames per second, which was impressive for its introduction. Although not groundbreaking, the camera provided decent image quality for casual photography. The 1.3 MP front-facing camera meets basic video calling needs but lacks the quality modern consumers expect for selfies.
