Hardware and Performance
Under the hood, the LG G Pad 7.0 LTE was powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 chipset, coupled with a quad-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A7 CPU and an Adreno 305 GPU. While not groundbreaking, this setup was sufficient for basic tasks and light multi-tasking. It ran on Android 4.4.2 KitKat, with the possibility to upgrade to Android 5.0 Lollipop, allowing for a smoother, more responsive user experience with a cleaner interface and enhanced security features.
Memory-wise, the device housed 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage, expandable via a microSDHC card slot. This configuration was typical for tablets of its class at that time, though multitasking could be limited due to the RAM constraints.
