Display and Interface
The main display of the LG GB220 is a 1.76-inch TFT screen with a resolution of 176 x 220 pixels. While modest by today’s standards, at the time of its release, the display provided sufficient clarity for viewing contacts, messages, and simple graphics. The screen supports 65K colors, ensuring that images and menu icons appeared with acceptable vibrancy. Additionally, the phone includes a second external display of 1.04 inches, with a resolution of 96 x 64 pixels, offering quick access to time, date, and caller ID without needing to open the device.
