Internally, the LG GT365 Neon provides 15MB of storage, which quickly necessitates the use of an external microSDHC card, as the internal capacity is minimal. The dedicated card slot allowed users to expand memory significantly based on their needs, making room for more contacts, photos, and other data. The phone's phonebook capability, holding up to 1000 entries with photocall functionality, provided ample space for user contacts.
