Software and Features
Running on its proprietary software, the LG GT405 supports basic internet browsing through WAP 2.0/xHTML and HTML, allowing for essential internet use. The phone supports SMS in threaded view, MMS, Email, and IM, making communication straightforward though not feature-rich. There is no support for Java-based applications, limiting third-party app installations. It also includes an accelerometer and features a few basic games and an MP3/eAAC+ player for multimedia enjoyment.
