Performance and Software
The LG GW620 was initially launched with Android 1.5, but LG provided support for an upgrade to Android 2.2 (Froyo), which was a commendable move to keep users engaged. However, the transition did not completely keep pace with the rapidly evolving Android ecosystem of the time. Its internal storage of 150MB was modest even then, so users needed to rely on a microSDHC card for additional storage, especially to hold apps and media files.
