Running on Microsoft Windows Mobile 6.5 Professional, the eXpo was powered by a Qualcomm QSD8250 Snapdragon S1 chipset, with a 1.0 GHz Scorpion CPU and an Adreno 200 GPU. The device came with 512MB of ROM and 256MB of RAM, a respectable configuration at its launch. It supported microSDHC cards for additional memory, which was essential given the limited onboard storage.
