Under the hood, the LG Marquee LS855 is powered by a 1.0 GHz processor and runs on Android 2.3 (Gingerbread). While these specifications might seem outdated by today's standards, they were adequate for the device's release period, handling basic multitasking and application use with relative ease. The internal storage of 4GB, coupled with 512MB of RAM, might limit extensive app installations and media storage but is partially mitigated by the inclusion of a microSDHC slot, with a 2GB card included to expand capacity.
