Equipped with a removable Li-Ion 1500 mAh battery, the Optimus 3D provided adequate battery life for its features. Depending on usage, it could last up to 450 hours on standby or deliver about 13 hours of talk time on 2G and up to 9 hours on 3G networks, which was commendable for smartphones of that period.
