Powered by a dual-core 1.0 GHz Cortex-A9 processor and the Nvidia Tegra 2 T20 chipset, the Optimus Pad was on par with contemporaries in its processing capabilities. It handled multitasking reasonably well for basic applications and offered sufficient power for media playback and light gaming, courtesy of the ULP GeForce GPU. The absence of a memory card slot could be a limitation for users requiring more than the built-in 32GB of storage, particularly for those keen on downloading apps or storing large volumes of media.
