At the heart of the LG U370 is the GSM/UMTS network technology, which offered basic connectivity suitable for voice calls and low-speed data services like WAP browsing. The maximum data speed reached up to 384 kbps, aligning with what was expected from early 3G phones. Storage options included 60MB of internal memory, expandable via a dedicated microSD card slot, enabling users to store additional media. The phone also supported a limited number of call records (30 each for received, dialed, and missed calls) and featured a phonebook capable of handling photocalls.
