The 4.0-inch TFT display on the LG Viper provides an adequate experience for viewing photos and browsing the web, with its 62.8% screen-to-body ratio offering a satisfactory viewing space. However, the 480 x 800 resolution reveals its age through limited clarity, especially when compared to the sharper, more vivid screens found on contemporary devices. Despite these shortcomings, the display was serviceable for its time, delivering decent color reproduction and brightness levels for everyday tasks.
