Network and Connectivity
Handling only basic GSM 900 network technology, the MX-6877 was suited for voice calls and text messaging within compatible regions. It did not support any form of data services such as GPRS or EDGE, which reinforces its use as a voice-centric device. Positioned firmly as a communication device, the absence of connectivity features like Bluetooth, WLAN, or location services (such as GPS) highlighted its limitations in comparison to modern smartphones.
