Under the hood, the Meizu M2 is equipped with the Mediatek MT6735 chipset, a quad-core 1.3 GHz Cortex-A53 CPU, and the Mali-T720MP2 GPU. These specifications, combined with 2GB of RAM, enable the device to handle day-to-day tasks such as browsing, social media, and casual games with reasonable smoothness. While it runs on Android 5.1 (Lollipop) with Meizu’s Flyme 4.5 overlay, which may feel outdated now, it was more than adequate at the time of launch for performing essential functions effectively.
