Under the hood, the MX4 Pro packs an Exynos 5430 Octa chipset built on a 20 nm process, featuring an octa-core CPU configuration with four 2.0 GHz Cortex-A15 cores for performance and four 1.5 GHz Cortex-A7 cores for efficiency. The accompanying Mali-T628MP6 GPU supports graphic-intensive tasks and gaming. With 3GB of RAM and internal storage options of 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB (without expandable memory), the device handles multitasking and storage needs adequately for most users from the period of its release. It runs on Android 4.4.4 KitKat with Meizu's Flyme 4 skin, offering a user-friendly experience that, while not the latest Android OS, was efficient and had unique features at the time.
