Running on Android 4.0.3, Ice Cream Sandwich, the A100 was powered by a 1.0 GHz Scorpion processor and an Adreno 200 GPU. These internals were sufficient for basic smartphone functionality, including browsing, app usage, and media playback, although multitasking could be sluggish due to the limited 512MB of RAM. The device offered 4GB of internal storage, which could be expanded via a microSDHC card, a valuable feature given the necessity for more storage space as app sizes increased.
