Performance
Equipped with a Mediatek MT6582M chipset, the Canvas 2.2 sports a quad-core 1.3 GHz Cortex-A7 CPU along with a Mali-400MP2 GPU. This setup managed to offer decent performance for basic applications and multitasking scenarios. Running on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, the phone provided a user-friendly interface, although upgrades to newer versions of Android were not possible. The 1GB RAM allowed for reasonable multitasking, albeit with occasional slowdowns during more resource-intensive tasks. The internal storage was limited to 4GB, of which only 2GB was available to users, making the microSDHC card slot a necessity for additional storage.
