Powered by a 1.0 GHz processor coupled with an Adreno 200 GPU, the Micromax A57 was designed for users with basic usage patterns. It ran on Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread, a widely accepted operating system in 2012. The device came with 512MB of RAM and 256MB of internal storage, which could be expanded via a dedicated microSD slot. While the hardware struggled with multitasking and heavy applications, it was well-suited for users with needs limited to basic apps and essential smartphone functions.
