Under the hood, the Canvas Hue packs a Mediatek MT6582 chipset, built on the 28 nm process. The quad-core 1.3 GHz Cortex-A7 CPU, complemented by a Mali-400MP2 GPU, provides adequate performance for basic tasks and general smartphone usage, though it might struggle with more demanding applications and modern multi-tasking standards. Initially shipping with Android 4.4.2 KitKat, the device is upgradable to Android 5.0.1 Lollipop, offering users access to improved features and security updates. However, with 1GB of RAM, the phone might feel laggy with extensive app usage or newer software versions.
